An invitation is extended to all delegates, Graduating Fellows and their guests to attend the College Ceremony and Reception.

All delegates are invited to attend Happy Hour, held in the Congress Exhibition.  Mingle with your colleagues over platters of local cheese and a selection of fine wine.

Join your colleagues as the College celebrates its 70th anniversary in 2008. The Gala Dinner will be held at the Stamford Plaza in Adelaide and will be the social event of your year!  Guests will be treated to a sumptuous three course meal and fine wines with lively entertainment throughout the evening. The evening will include presentation of the inaugural Mentoring Awards and the winners of the RACP Trainee Research Awards.

The evening will also honour the extensive pro bono workforce contribution by Fellows and their commitment shown as teachers to the future generation of physicians and to the celebrate the identity of the College as a whole.

A highlight of the Gala Dinner will be a showcase of photos featuring past and present teachers and educational supervisors.

The 2008 Paediatrics & Child Health Annual Dinner is to be held at the National Wine Centre of Australia, which is situated on the edge of Adelaide’s stunning Botanic Gardens.  As with all our annual dinners, dancing is guaranteed! So start practicing your best dance floor moves.  Book early or miss out on this infamous event.
