If you are interested in attending the RACP 2007 Congress and would like further information, please complete the online form below.

Thank you for your interest in the RACP 2007 Congress. We have relocated onsite to prepare for the Congress. You will now be able to register for the Congress onsite.

Participation is open to all RACP Fellows, Non-Fellows, Trainees and Life Fellows. Those who wish to attend the Congress should complete the online form on this website.

Please note that all persons intending to attend the Congress must register, including invited Speakers, Chairpersons and Life Fellows. Please read through this website carefully before you complete your form.

Payment Of Fees

NOTE: Registrations will not be processed or confirmed until payment in full is received.

Payment may be made by cheque or credit card. Mastercard, Visa, Diners and American Express are the only credit cards accepted at the Congress. Please note all transactions by credit card will appear on your statement as payment to Conference by THPL. Cheques should be made payable to the RACP 2007 Congress. Your name and full address should be typed or printed clearly on the back of the cheque.

Payments from overseas must be made by credit card or bank cheque in Australian Dollars only, drawn on an Australian Bank. You may not pay your fees by direct transfer.

Acknowledgements

Your registration and payment will be acknowledged via email or post with confirmation of your requirements according to your registration form. Your registration will not be processed or confirmed if payment does not accompany your form.

You will not receive any further publications before the Congress. Your letter of acknowledgment will include any further advice necessary prior to your arrival at the Congress. At the Congress you will receive the final program and Congress documentation.

Cancellation And Refund Policy

Cancellations must be notified in writing to the Congress Managers.

Registration Fees:

  • Before 5 February 2007 will incur an A$100.00 cancellation fee.
  • Before 26 March 2007 will receive a 50% refund of fees paid.
  • After 26 March 2007 there will be no refund.
Accommodation:
  • All deposits must be paid by 2 April 2007.
  • Deposit is non-refundable at 2 April 2007.
Social:
  • All payments are non-refundable at 26 March 2007.

Entrance To Congress

Each member of the Congress will receive a name badge on registration. The badge will be your official pass and must be worn to obtain entry to all sessions and to social functions.

MOPS Points

You may claim 0.5 points per hour to a maximum of 20 points per meeting.

Insurance

Registration fees do not include insurance of any kind. It is strongly recommended that at the time you register for the Congress and book your travel you take out an insurance policy of your choice. The policy should include loss of fees/deposit through cancellation of your participation in the Congress, or through cancellation of the Congress, loss of international/domestic air fares through cancellation for any reason, loss of tour monies through cancellation for any reason including airline or related services strikes within Australia, failure to utilise tours or pre booked arrangements due to airline delay, Force Majeure or any other reason, medical expenses (including sickness and accident cover), loss or damage to personal property, additional expenses and repatriation should travel arrangements have to be altered. The Congress managers cannot take any responsibility for any participant failing to arrange their own insurance. This insurance is to be purchased in your country of origin.
